DOORS
Dragging, slamming, sticking, or not closing?
Commercial door repair starts with the whole entrance: the door, frame, pivots, closer, and latch. Our storefront door repair and glass door repair work focuses on restoring everyday operation and identifying the component causing the problem.
- Dragging or uneven gaps: door adjustment, pivot and hinge replacement, or aluminum door repair as needed.
- Slamming or leaking closer: door closer repair assessment and door closer replacement when the existing unit has failed.
- Damaged entrance: door replacement and commercial door replacement options reviewed when repair is no longer practical.
You do not need to identify the part yourself. Send a short video of the door opening and closing, plus photos of the top, bottom, and hardware. We’ll use those details to guide the inspection.
LOCKS
Key hard to turn, cylinder spinning, or door not locking?
Storefront lock repair is often connected to door alignment as well as the lock itself. We review commercial lock repair, mortise lock repair, and lock replacement for aluminum and glass entrances, matching replacement hardware to the existing door and function.
- Loose or spinning cylinder: secure the existing cylinder or review mortise cylinder replacement and lock cylinder replacement.
- Latch or bolt will not engage: inspect the deadlatch, hook bolt, strike, and door alignment.
- Failed exit hardware: assess panic hardware repair and compatible replacement components.
Send photos of the lock, the edge of the door, and the frame where the latch engages. Include any visible model markings. If the business cannot be secured, use the emergency service link above.

Common storefront questions
Can broken storefront glass be repaired?
A cracked or shattered pane generally needs replacement. We inspect the glass and surrounding frame to determine whether the work involves only the pane or the larger storefront system.
Does a dragging door need to be replaced?
Not always. Alignment, a worn pivot, or a failed closer may be the issue. An inspection determines whether an adjustment, replacement component, or new door is appropriate.
Why does the key turn but the storefront door will not lock?
The cylinder, lock mechanism, strike, or door alignment may be responsible. Photos and an on-site inspection help identify the actual cause before selecting replacement parts.
Do you offer emergency door repair and glass service after hours?
